Bei AXA Engineers bieten wir nicht nur unseren Mitgliedern Möglichkeiten, sondern möchten auch Studenten unterstützen, die zukünftige Ingenieure werden. Aus diesem Grund haben wir kürzlich ein Praktikumsprogramm ins Leben gerufen, um Studenten dabei zu helfen, die ersten Schritte in ihrer Karriere zu machen und ihr Fachgebiet in einem echten Arbeitsumfeld besser zu verstehen.
Through this internship program, AXA Engineers hopes to support students in enhancing their skills as well as providing opportunities to apply their academic knowledge in practice. Additionally, we strive to create a welcoming, favorable environment and engaging activities to ensure students have a memorable experience during their internship at AXA Engineers.
Wichtig ist, dass wir glauben, dass unsere Praktikanten mehr als nur temporäre Teammitglieder sind, sie sind die Zukunft unserer Branche. Amaya, Tristin und Vasco haben diese Überzeugung durch ihr unglaubliches Engagement und ihre Leidenschaft bewiesen. Von Anfang an nahmen sie jede Herausforderung mit Begeisterung an und wurden schnell zu festen Bestandteilen unseres Teams.
Während ihrer Praktika gingen sie jede Gelegenheit mit Neugier und Begeisterung an und unterstützten unsere Projekte, wann immer es nötig war.
